Participation & Payment
- All nomination and participation fees must be paid in full as per the defined deadlines.
- Nomination Fee of ₹19,999/- (Incl. 18% GST) is mandatory, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of selection.
- Upon selection, the nomination fee will be adjusted in the final participation fee.
- Participation packages are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- 50% advance is payable at the time of confirmation. Balance 50% must be paid on or before 15th July 2025.
- Add-on services will be confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy
- All payments made toward nomination, participation, add-ons, or sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including change of plans, travel issues, or force majeure events.
- No requests for refunds, partial refunds, or credit adjustments will be entertained once payment is processed.
Cancellation or Postponement
- In the event the ceremony is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the participation will be carried forward to the rescheduled date.
Travel & Stay
- All travel, stay, and logistical arrangements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Brand Empower will not bear or reimburse any travel or accommodation costs.
Conduct & Code of Ethics
- Participants are expected to maintain decorum, professionalism, and respectful behavior throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw any participant’s right to attend or receive an award in case of misconduct.
Media Rights & Content Usage
- Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd. retains the exclusive rights to all photographs, videos, and media content captured during the Brand Empower Awards. By participating in the event, Brand Empower grants participants limited rights to use their own award-related photos and videos (as provided by the official event team) strictly for branding, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across digital and print platforms as achievement/ awards/ recognition.
- Award photos and videos will be made available to each participant via their secure online dashboard after the event. Participants must adhere to the copyright licensing and usage terms defined by Brand Empower.
- Unauthorized use of event footage, duplication, or resale of media content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Winners who pay for the basic Copyright Charges are allowed to use Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd. & Brand Empower Awards Brand Name and Award Logos, Award Title, Award Certificate and Event Pictures only as following:
- Inclusion in official website, stationery, presentations, brochure
- Inclusion in advertising (web, print and outdoor) and promotional campaigns (road shows, canopy activity, exhibitions etc.) Day/Time of advertising in electronic media (TV Channels) must be informed to Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd. at least 24 hours in advance. You can't portray the Chief Guest/ Celebrity as a brand ambassador to promote your product/brand. You must mention “Award Title” & “Brand Empower Awards 2025” clearly only as achievement with award photo & video.
- Inclusion in PR material (press releases and background material)
- The winner is responsible for the usage of only the correct Award Title. The year of winning the award has to be mentioned in all advertising and PR material.
- It is requested, but is in no way compulsory, that a scanned copy of any paid advertisements or media coverage published in newspapers, magazines, or any other print media be intimated through an email to Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd. (info@brandempower.org) - The Brand Empower Awards.
What is not permissible?
- Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd. & Brand Empower Awards Brand Names and SYMBOLS like Award Logos, Award Title, Award Certificate and Event Pictures are copyright properties of Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd. and shall not be used on any product packaging or material.
- Further, no photograph or drawing that includes a reproduction of any such copyright symbols may be used on, as part of, or affixed to any item/product that's sold to the public.
- No change in the fonts, graphics used in the Award Logos and Certificate is to be made. Size of the logos may be adjusted as per the Aspect Ratio but color may only be used as provided.
Sponsorship & PR Deliverables
- Media and PR packages are subject to third-party timelines and publishing norms. While best efforts will be made, Brand Empower is not liable for delays or changes in external media scheduling.
- Zee Business feature is scheduled and telecasted based on their programming window. Brand Empower will provide confirmation post-event.
Speaker & Stage Time
- All speakership opportunities are time-bound (as per package) and must be strictly followed.
- The script/topic should be pre-approved by Brand Empower at least 7 days before the event.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify speaking schedules based on the event flow.
Copyright Agreement
- Participants must sign and submit the basic copyright license agreement before attending the ceremony, allowing Brand Empower to use all award-related media as stated above.
Photography & Videography Policy
- Participants are strictly not allowed to bring personal cameras, photographers, or videographers to the award venue. Brand Empower has a dedicated team of experienced and professional photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality coverage of the entire event.
- All participants will be provided with HD photographs and videos of their award moment and related event highlights through the official Brand Empower dashboard post-event.
- Selfies or personal photos/videos on the award stage are strictly prohibited. This is to maintain the decorum, flow, and professional standards of the ceremony.
- Any violation of this policy may lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund, and the participant may be barred from using any unofficial content for promotional purposes.
Privacy Policy
- At BrandEmpower.org, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all our users, nominees, and participants. We collect only the necessary data required for award nominations, event participation, and communication purposes, and ensure that all information is stored securely and used strictly for internal processing, jury evaluations, and related promotional activities. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal details with any third party without your explicit consent, except when required by law or for delivering promised services such as media coverage or award documentation. By using our website, you consent to our privacy practices outlined herein.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India only.
