ILA 2023

On October 8, 2023, the Industry Leader Awards 2023 (ILA 2023) happened at the Hotel Sahara Star over in Mumbai. Brand Empower put the whole night together. We basically wanted a space to celebrate people doing good work across a bunch of different fields. Having Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra show up as our chief guest was a big deal for us. She naturally brought a lot of charm to the room. And Rithvik Dhanjani? He hosted the whole thing. The guy is just effortlessly funny and kept the crowd awake and engaged the entire time.

When it came down to TV and movies, the Industry Leader Awards 2023 handed out trophies to some very familiar faces. Surveen Chawla won the "Best Actress OTT" award for playing her part in Rana Naidu. Then you had Jennifer Winget taking the "Style Icon of The Year" title. Nia Sharma got recognized as the "Fitness Icon of The Year," and Arjun Bijlani won "Favourite Anchor of The Year" because people just genuinely enjoy watching him on screen. A few other folks who walked away with awards were Juhi Parmar, Arjun Mathur, Anita Hassanandani, Sonnalli Seygall, Tina Datta, Dolly Singh, and Manisha Rani. They all put in long hours this year.

ILA 2023 Award Winners List

The night wasn't only about the entertainment business, though. If you scroll through the ILA 2023 Award Winners List, you are going to spot a lot of regular business owners, schools, NGOs, and startup founders. We wanted to make sure the folks running manufacturing plants, health clinics, and retail shops got their time on stage too. The ILA 2023 Award Winners List is really just our way of pointing out the companies that are actually trying to fix problems and grow the Indian market. Building a company is hard. This was our way of acknowledging that daily grind.
